With over a decade of experience in Management and Coordination, Meshia brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the event industry. Her career began in the corporate sector, where she developed essential skills in handling large-scale operations, customer service, problem-solving, organization, and anticipating client needs.
Approximately five years ago, Above Average Events was founded—born from a passion and natural talent for planning. Meshia had always been the go-to planner for family functions, from birthdays and reunions to holiday gatherings. The success and positive feedback from these personal events became the inspiration behind launching her own company.
Since its inception, Above Average Events has successfully planned, coordinated, and designed a wide range of events, with a commitment to excellence that continues to drive its growth. Our mission is to bring vision to life through thoughtful planning, seamless execution, and an unmatched attention to detail.
Recognizing a gap in the event industry, Above Average Events Catering Management was later introduced. This service supports small catering businesses or clients who have excellent food providers but lack front-of-house staff. Our team steps in to manage buffet service, guest interaction, and overall food presentation—ensuring the client experience is flawless from start to finish.
